Thanks to Bell of Lost Souls, here's a sneak peek at the upcoming Gamer's Edition of 5th ed. Warhammer 40,000. All the chickens in the coop are clucking about this one, and I'll certainly be pre-ordering one for myself. What about you guys...?

Is that a figure case, and are those trees?
ReplyDeleteThose are tokens like stunned, smoke, etc. There's also a turn counter. A little plasticky looking from the picture. I just changed the picture to a larger version, so click on it again and you'll be able to see it better...
ReplyDeleteOh, and the case is supposed to be padded, but I'm not sure if it's designed to be a figure case per se...

ReplyDeleteOther sources said the case can fit in a foam try but I'm not sure if it comes with it.
ReplyDeleteBetween this and the Collector's edition (trifold fancy cover and with a purity seal) I am definately going for this one, then again, I might just collect both. It's not everyday a new edition comes out! :D
180 USD is a little much for both, IMO. Gamer's Edition is lookin' pretty good for this chicken...
