SPORE 2009 Updates

Heads up, SPORE 2009 has been moved forward by a week. Schedule is the same, except now it's on 30th and 31st May.

The 40k Tournament will be 1500pts, and the Fantasy Tournament will be 2250pts. We'll update you as the details come in.

For your info, the schedule is:

Day 1
1. Warhammer 40,000 Tournament - 10am to 7pm
2. Flames of War D-Day Invasion Scenario - 10am to 6pm
3. Warmachine/Hordes ‘Game on!’ Casual Gaming/Demos - 10am to 6.30pm
4. World of Warcraft Minature Collectable Game Tournament - 10am to 6pm
5. World of Warcraft Collectable Card Game Tournament - 10am to 6pm
6. An introduction to Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition - 10am to 6pm

Day2
1. Warhammer Fantasy Battles Tournament - 10am to 6pm
2. Warmachine/Hordes Steamroller Tournament - 10am to 6pm
3. Flames of War Open Gaming - 10am to 6pm
4. Warhammer 40,000 Apocalypse Battle - 10am to 6pm
5. World of Warcraft Minature Collectable Game Tournament - 10am to 6pm
6. World of Warcraft Collectable Card Game Tournament - 10am to 6pm
7. An introduction to Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition - 10am to 6pm

  3. That's a good point, Shaz. That will be A LOT of tables for all of those battles happening simulataneously. I'm sure they've thought of that, though...

    now I can't confirm whether I can join the tourney or not..

    AFAIK, we're doing the road trip at least 1 day before..right?

  8. Yes, that's what we did last year. Convoyed down the highway. Arrived JB after lunch. Checked in. Ate. Drank. Painted. Slept. Woke up real early and drove across for breakfast.

    Just need to take the Friday off.
